How far along is each one, today?
Bamboo
A fast-growing, restorative crop we're proposing as a livelihood activity, a biomass source for other pillars, and a potential carbon-sequestration input. No bamboo has been planted, harvested, or sold under this venture yet.
Biochar
Converting agricultural or bamboo residue into a soil-amendment product, with a possible future link to carbon-project development. No biochar has been produced under this venture yet.
Climate-smart agriculture
The farm-level layer where restorative inputs like biochar and resilient cultivation practices could be applied. No farm is practicing this under our venture yet.
Biotech
A longer-horizon idea — potential applications like propagation techniques or soil biology — that we haven't developed into a defined plan. No lab, technology, or activity exists under this venture.
Renewable energy
Solar or other renewable applications, either powering processing activities or as an independent livelihood stream. No installation, technology, or partner has been defined.
Carbon-project development
The long-term pathway by which restoration activity across the other pillars could, if validated, be registered and monetized through carbon markets. No methodology, registry, or verifier has been engaged.

A proposed architecture, not a running system
Bamboo cultivation is intended to supply biomass — to biochar production directly, and potentially to other future outputs. Biochar's output is intended to feed climate-smart agriculture as a soil input. Restoration and sequestration activity across bamboo, biochar, and climate-smart agriculture is the raw material that carbon-project development would, if it becomes viable, register and monetize. Biotech and renewable energy sit alongside as longer-horizon, less-defined possibilities that could eventually support the other pillars.
